What is your processing time?
Our current processing time for most products is 3-5 business days, excluding holidays. Business days are Monday through Friday.
Can I get my order sooner?
Absolutely! We do offer a rush; this will ship your order within two business days.
What if my order arrives damaged?
No problem! Send a picture of the damaged item and a new one or replacement letter will be sent the next business day. The claim for the damage must be made within seven days of the postmarked delivery date.
What if my order is incorrect?
If the error is due to our mistake, we will happily replace the item! Please send a picture of the error, and a new one will be on its way the next business day. The claim for the replacement must be made within seven days of the postmarked delivery date.
What if my order has brown or black marks on it?
We use natural baltic birch wood for our products. The wood can have naturally occurring mineral streaks/spots. We do our best to avoid large markings, but due to the nature of the wood, some items will have mineral streaks/spots on them.
What type of pen should I use to write on my birth announcement?
We recommend using a PaperMate Flair pen. We’ve attached a video showing different types of pens.
