Due to the nature of a custom item, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations with the following exceptions:

What if my order arrives damaged?

No problem! Send a picture of the damaged item and a new one or replacement letter will be sent the next business day. The claim for the damage must be made within seven days of the postmarked delivery date.

What if my order is incorrect?

If the error is due to a mistake, we will happily replace the item! Please send a picture of the error, and a new one will be on its way the next business day. The claim for the replacement must be made within seven days of the postmarked delivery date.
