Shipping policy
PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES
Our standard processing time is 3-5 business days. Weekends and holidays are not business days and are therefore excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
You may select from Standard Shipping (2-6 business days), Priority Shipping (1-4 business days), or Express Shipping (1-2 business days). Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Please remember that delivery time frames are estimates, not guaranteed, and do not include weekends or holidays.

LOST PACKAGES
If your order has exceeded the estimated ship times or marked delivered but not received, it's important that you reach out to us and let us know. We will file a help request with USPS . Once the investigation is complete, if your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we will replace your order. If we cannot replace the order, then we will refund your order, as well as any shipping costs. However, if the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
If your shipping address is incorrect and the order has been returned to us, please note that we will send an invoice for the item to be re-shipped. It's important to ensure that you provide the correct shipping address to avoid any inconvenience.
